I was referring to my previous note with the link to the original paper on Wiley that I tried to post but came out mostly blank because sometimes the list rejects embedded hyperlinks. If I try to paste it in as plain text my "helpful" computer insists on adding the hyperlink. So let me just repeat that if someone wants the ACTUAL PUBLICATION, not a third-party summary in NovaTaxa, find the citation on Google Scholar, follow the link to Wiley, and download the pdf if you have a subscription, buy it, rent it, or email the author and beg. Every author likes to think someone wants to read his paper, and I speak from experience with both ends of those transactions. I'd like to have the paper myself, but I'm not paying $42 for it.
