Nivenia and all the other woody Iridaceae are very difficult to obtain.  
I have beentrying, myself for more than two years.

Silverhill seeds used to occasionally offer Nivenia and Witsenia but 
they have not offered them in several years.

If I find a source, I will share it with you.
