Indeed it is. In SF our showiest geophyte is blooming like crazy (invasive Oxalis pes-caprae). In the garden, more mannerly plants are blooming, Corydalis henriki is done, flexuosa is opening today. Zantedeschia and Lachenalia are making a show.
