Hi list,

I've compiled a few numbers on the recent European Seed Exchange:

Number of donors who offered seed: 10
Number of seed recipients: 22
The avarage number of requests per offered item type: 2.2
The highest number of items requested in a single order: 35
cases, in which a specific request couldn't be fulfilled: 25

The most requested Items were:
EX02_099    Zantedeschia jucunda: 8 requests
EX02_004    Gelasine elongata: 7 requests
EX02_067    Narcissus viridiflorus: 6 requests
EX02_091    Watsonia knysnana: 6 request
EX02_095    Dahlia imperialis: 6 requests

Maximum travel distance for a single Item: roughly 4070 km (from Uli to
Åke).

As there have been discussions about the time window of 3 days (which
was missed by 4 latecomers). Please share your opinion: should it be
prolonged for future exchanges? Sidenote: We already have a rule to
include both at least one day of the weekend and one working day, and
the start of the time window is announced to eligible participants
through a personal notification email in case they don't regularly look
at the mailing list.
