Hippeastrum pollinating

The picture was taken 24 hrs before I pollinated it.  To my eye the 
stigma looked mature & receptive when I pollinated it. The pollen was 
from one of my own hybrids between 'Germa' and 'Santa Rosa'.  (See 
attached.)
