Speaking of tarp on a metal frame, one year my husband took boards coming off of a slanting roof, with posts holding them up. We covered it in thick plastic bought with a Joann's coupon. I put some nursery tables in there. It was a perfect greenhouse and I started lots of vegetable seedlings in there for 3-4 year before it began to get tacky and we took it down.
