If you are using a Mac, photos don’t get sent as an attachment. Instead, they are incuded in the message, and PBS won’t accept them. Therefore, if I want to send a photo to PBS, I go to Google Mail, write my message, attach a photo and send it from there, instead of from my Mac mail program.
