Sinningia tubliflora

 Unfortunately, it refuses to grow in Yuma, despite repeated attempts. It could be because our nights don't cool off from July through September. Sinningia tubiflora did wonderfully for me elsewhere.

Sinningia tubiflora grows and flowers well in a large pot here in the low desert in full heat and full sun all day. It is not harmed in the least by full sun with temperatures to 118 F / 48C. It needs plenty of water when in leaf.
