Herbertia and Plant Life publications

I spoke with a friend of mine who is a non-practicing attorney currently a
self employed editor/ indexer of literary works from all types of clients.
I let him review the email chain. He looked at our web presence and felt it
very clearly is for the benefit of education and hobbyist. In short there
is a history of sharing information in a not for profit manner? His real
question is what would one gain by legal action? No one wins and it’s
likely never to happen. If litigation did result, there is little to obtain
from PBS, hard to prove harm to the author, or affiliated organization.
He doubted a lawyer even as Pro Bono would take on the effort.

Hope thus helps to understand the risks?

Mike

Hope that helps,
