Sir/Madam, Please could you help me to identify the plant in the attached photos. It was given to me as a white Ixia. I live in Motueka, at the top of the south island of New Zealand. I have [what I take to be] a selection of Ixias and I hope you can see them here https://1drv.ms/u/…. I imagine they are mostly/all hybrids of one sort or another. Do Ixias hybridise readily with plants other than other Ixias? This particular white one flowers a good month after all the others. The blue "eye" is actually the particularly vivid blue stems to the stamens and stigmas. I would be very grateful for confirmation that this white one is an Ixia, with any possible further information.
