UC Irvine has a South African Bulb Garden as part of the Arboretum at the school. Unfortunately it’s been closed due to Covid 19 and it seems they may move or close the botanical gardens there anyway. Just wondering if any of the members had a chance to visit when it was open. Thoughts on the collection? I guess they even had an annual SA bulb sale each August at some point. If it does open at some point could be a nice opportunity for locals to SoCal to meet up and tour the Arboretum.
