Uli, I paid (on pre-order at it is not yet released [released 21st Oct.]) £16.51 for my copy (inc. delivery) at ‘A Great Read’. They just informed me "with pre-orders we hope to have received our copies a few days before this date so that we can get this out to you in time for the release date. For this to happen we have to rely on the publisher to get this out to us in good time. Once we have received this, we will be sure to get this out to you as soon as we can”. Mark.
