Dear all One of the donations for the next exchange are 2 rhizomes of the plant Costus spectabilis. These rhizomes are about 10in long. The question I have for you all - can the longer rhizome be divided in 2 portions? Will it still grow leaves at one of the sections? or is it viable only where the end of the rhizome is growing?
