Latest requirements

I’ve used the small lots seed permit for 10 years without a problem, but unfortunately I let it lapse last July because 2020 had no international seed exchanges. I had applied in early September using the former epermits system but then got back reply that my application had been voided because they have gone to a new efile website that they promised is much better, even 1-2 day turnaround. Unfortunately, as near as I can see, it only works if you want to order marigold or zinnia seeds (or any other specific item) from another country. I see to no way to make application for the previous small lots of seeds which applied to any not proscribed seeds. — jw

This label notifies APHIS that the contents are being imported under permit. A US organization wishing to receive seeds from other countries can also obtain a Small Lots permit and send a label to each foreign donor for their use. As far as I know, the US-based PBS exchange hasn't yet obtained a permit.
