[port of entry] UPS invented a 1 cent customs charge and tried to charge me $82 in Customs Brokerage Fees. The package had a Small Lots Permit label. The only way UPS could get custody of the package in Louisville would be to either remove the permit label, or bypass customs. There is NO IMPORT DUTY on small lots of seed. I have reported the incident to both PPQ and ICE.
