Hi all,

A phytosanitary certificate can indeed be issued for all the SX and BX
orders going to a single Australia address.

I just spoke with

*Export Certification Specialist:
*Evan Pace
USDA, APHIS, PPQ
6035 NE 78th Ct.
Portland, OR 97218
Office: 503-820-2756

He informed me that if all the seed and bulbs intended for shipment to
Australia are in one place and are to be shipped to one address; then a
phytosanitary certificate can indeed be issued.

A simple application form must be filed, and the export certification
specialist for the state that the shipment originates in must be
contacted to schedule the inspection. All State export certification
specialists have their contact information listed on the APHIS website.
