Dear Sirs, In 2018 on a trip to the UK I purchased you Ergo Deadheader, it has been a great tool and I was dismayed when the spring wire broke and it was no longer usable. I was hoping to purchase a wire replacement if possible but I also noticed that your products have a 10 year warranty. In any event, is it possible to get the replacement spring wire for the Ergo Deadheader?
