Cyrtanthus elatus × falcatus

In November I noticed some buds on a plant in my greenhouse that didn't 
look like a Nerine. On closer examination I discovered that I was going 
to see flowers for the first time on this hybrid. I obtained one bulb 
from an IBS auction when I attended a symposium in 2002. I've probably 
neglected it over the years as I wasn't quite sure what it needed, but 
didn't throw it out. Unlike the Cyrtanthus elatus × Cyrtanthus montanus 
I grow that offsets much too rapidly, this one has been much slower to 
offset vegetatively. I thought the flowers were very beautiful and they 
lasted quite awhile. I've added photos to the wiki:
