I'm looking for sources for South African/Mediterranean bulbs (mostly) in volume. Most bulb suppliers focus only on temperate climate bulbs, a few companies that once sold SA/Medit bulbs in the US are either out of business or have shifted to temperate climate bulbs. The collector sites are really expensive. Where can I go now for these bulbs in bulk: > > Scilla peruviana > Gladiolus carneus > Gladiolus tristis > Gladiolus byazntinus > Sparaxis > Babiana > Veltheimia > Ipheion uniflorum > > I do have a resale license so I can shop wholesale once I find a source > > Thanks for your advice > _______________________________________________ > pbs mailing list > pbs@lists.pacificbulbsociety.net > http://lists.pacificbulbsociety.net/cgi-bin/… > Unsubscribe: <mailto:pbs-unsubscribe@lists.pacificbulbsociety.net> > PBS Forum https://… Nan, Gladiolus bulbs can NOT be imported to the US APHIS will confiscate them if you find them. There are two South African sites that might help you; but, you will need to ship directly to Mexico. You will do well to get an import permit for live plants. you will need to pay for a phytosanitary certificate. Telos Rare Bulbs carry most of what you want but I don't know if they take bulk orders, and I don't think they ship while plants are in active growth. If you get them at all in the spring it will be from the Southern Hemisphere where they are dormant. _______________________________________________ pbs mailing list pbs@lists.pacificbulbsociety.net http://lists.pacificbulbsociety.net/cgi-bin/… Unsubscribe: <mailto:pbs-unsubscribe@lists.pacificbulbsociety.net> PBS Forum https://…
