There are scads of email lists that support picture attachments that don't require any administrator intervention except in rare circumstances - I've run one for more than 20 years myself, and am a member of many more. For some reason PBS chose not to support that, and to go with the forum instead. I've used forums since they first became available, and I use the PBS forum.
