Could this be scilla peruviana?

A massive revision of the genus Scilla a few years ago (discussed on the 
PBS wiki) resulted in the plant under discussion now being known as 
Oncostemma. I suppose the erroneous attribution to Peru still sticks to 
it; it would now be peruvianum, since -stemma is a neuter noun in Greek.
