Marc, Plant them now and water them in, then no more water until they start showing signs of growth in fall. Altho they are dormant, they might be growing roots in the meanwhile. Since all are Summer dormant I have considered wrapping them in fragments of nylon stocking and hanging them in a nylon stocking in a shaded and ventilated place in my shop until September. What do you experienced growers think of the idea?
