Let's not forget Arnold, whose job managing all the financial transactions was further complicated when we gave up on DHL and switched to a customs broker and Virgin Atlantic. So he's juggling new charges and refunds from DHL that will eventually show up.
Let's also give a shout-out to the inspectors at APHIS. We were in and out in half a day, and as always they were totally competent and professional. If they had to absorb any budget cuts, it sure didn't show up in the turnaround time. They are doing a critical job and doing it well. So my hat's off to them!
