I’m going to add my 2c worth here too. I have ONE UM and it set seed all by itself. I’m the only one for miles with one - so it’s self fertile, and if the bees come around, they will do the work. There’s a hive about 10 feet from it so no doubt they visited a lot. When left to its own devices it does not set seed, so there must not be any pollinators here (Los Angeles) interested in it. But my thumb works very well to transfer pollen to the stigma. I found a time when both the pollen and stigma were ready. Had very good seed set and germination. > > One of the mildest LA summers I can ever remember! > _______________________________________________ > pbs mailing list > pbs@lists.pacificbulbsociety.net > https://lists.pacificbulbsociety.net/cgi-bin/… > Unsubscribe: <mailto:pbs-unsubscribe@lists.pacificbulbsociety.net> > PBS Forum https://… _______________________________________________ pbs mailing list pbs@lists.pacificbulbsociety.net https://lists.pacificbulbsociety.net/cgi-bin/… Unsubscribe: <mailto:pbs-unsubscribe@lists.pacificbulbsociety.net> PBS Forum https://…
