Where in Florida do you live? I don't think this winter-growing, summer-dormant bulb would do well with a warm winter.

They are easy from seed sown in the fall, for growing through the cool winter. The PBS Seed Exchange usually has seed in the spring. My four plants have been flowering sequentially the past few years or I would have donated seed. They should start sending up spikes soon.
