We live about 1/2 a mile from SMG and many if not most of our plants came from there. Randy Baldwin did a splendid job of running one of the best nurseries in the country. The website alone is a rich source of information about plants you cannot find anywhere else. When its closing was announced to be replaced by housing is seemed like a bad dream and when I drive by it almost daily it saddens me to no end when I see the construction equipment where the boxed trees used to stand.
