Hi Mary Sue.I feel the same way, I still think of them often, especially when out in my gardens where some of their plants still grow.  I hope the criminals who took them from us never see the light of day again (there is no capital punishment in SA as far as I know) even if it can't bring Rod and Rachel back. Ondine wrote to some of us and is seeking some information for a closing statement she will make at the sentencing.   One was about what they have published.  I can't locate the date but know that Rachel wrote and article for the North American Rock Garden Society journal on cold hardy Romulea species, I think in the 1990s but I havent been able to track it down.  If anyone knows they should contact Ondine at Silverhill Seeds email address.  Ernie DeMarie

It took a long time, but it appears that the people who murdered Rod and
Rachel in 2018 have been found guilty. Sentencing is next.

It is still painful for me all these years later and having all the news
stories use the picture from the wiki that my husband took when we were
visiting makes it even harder. Still, it is good there is closure for
family and friends.
