Ixioliriaceae

Ixioliriaceae is a family containing a single genus Ixiolirion with 1-4 species distributed throughout the Holarctic, Paleotropic, and southwest Asia. Plants are perennial erect herbs with corms that resemble bulbs. Seeds are non-fleshy. Noxious alkaloids are not present in this family.
