Iris lazica

Hi all,

Jane, I'm interested in how hardy Iris lazica might be here. Also would
like to know a source for plants or seeds.

I'm testing Iris collettii out in the rock garden this winter, but I've
kept one plant in a pot in a coldframe, just in case. I was going to keep
two potted I. collettii, but one in a pot died in early autumn and I never
got around to potting up another one. We had a rather wet autumn, and
perhaps the rain was too much for it.

How about Iris suaveolens? Is it cold hardy in this climate (USDA zone 5,
moist Midwest)?

Best wishes,
