Jim speaks of his great success with Triteleia laxa 'Queen Fabiola' in the
Indianapolis area. I live in virtually the same climate. I bought about
fifty bulbs of Triteleia laxa 'Queen Fabiola' in 2001 from two different
(Dutch) sources. I planted them in rich, well drained loam soil. In the
spring about two or three weak sprouts emerged, I had no flowering and
nothing appeared the next year. I can't imagine why my results were so
different from Jim's.
