Jim, I grow Crinum moorei from about 4 sources here in a mediterranean climate, and they all act a little differently. A couple of them go through a dormancy from approximately September to mid-October. I seem to remember hearing that they grew during winter in habitat. Jamie (near Berkeley, CA)
