Dear Arnold, what do you mean with Arum italicum albispathum? All A.italicum are as you show in the pic, although I have found more then one time odd plants with red spots on the spathe. There are not hybrids with Arum apulum, which is also native in my area, because other people in different part of Italy have observed the same plants. best regards Angelo Porcelli Italy
