shown a small part of  a large photo and asked to name the subject.
If they were wrong or at a loss for an answer a bit more of the
subject was revealed.

Mystery crocus (imposters/wrongly named seed/odd-one-out) are often
(usually) Crocus tommasinianus - this one looks likely to be so named.

BUT please could we see some more?!
