Hippeastrum Cybister Potting Mix

Hans-Werner,

Can you recommend agents to control or kill the bulb mites?  Are things 
like Avid (Abamectin) and Kelthane (Dicofol) save to use on Hippeastrum bulbs?

Where are you growing your Hippeastrum, in Europe?
