I don't know what their sources are. But they themselves are in the 
U.S. and are not large corporations.

Actually, I just checked OHG's source, and while it _is_ from Holland, 
it's not from a large bulb company there: "But we’ve secured — and 
verify yearly — a small supply from an old farm in Holland." OHG does 
source some of their material from growers in various parts of the U.S. 
such as Calif. and Texas, so I'm pretty sure if they could find a good 
source for these in the U.S. they'd get them from there.
