I've 'seen' everything now - Dracunculus vulgaris

OK, so it's a little off-topic, but John Lonsdale's query about smelly
Dracunculus reminds me that I have been absolutely astonished by how vile my
Podophyllum pleianthum smells. I'll take Dracunculus any day. The
podophyllum spent a few days smelling like carrion (no vultures were
observed hovering), and now it seems to have shifted to an even nastier
combination of dead meat with more general rotting garbage overtones. The
flies are ecstatic. Hmmm.
