California Horticultural Society Meeting-Mexican Calochortu

Just a reminder to those of you who live near the San Francisco  
California area. Bay area photographer Ron Parsons will be
speaking at the CalHort Meeting, Monday, February 18th. The topic is  
"Plants and Wildflowers of Central Mexico" and will feature
Mexican Calochortus, Tigridia, Cacti, Succulents, Terrestrial  
Orchids, Bomarea, and many other interesting flowers that he  
photographed
in situ in  September 2007.

Meeting Information:
Meetings start at 7:15 p.m. in the County Fair Building at The San  
Francisco Botanical Gardens You can meet the speakers for a walk  
through Strybing Arboretum and Botanical Gardens at 4:00 in front of  
the Strybing bookstore. If you're not a member, there is a Guest Fee  
of $5.
