Fritillaria tubiformis

I’ve just posted two images of Fritillaria tubiformis to the wiki. These
show a form intermediate between the typical dark maroon form and the bright
yellow form called moggridgei. 

The big, brightly colored flowers make it the star of the cold frame this
week. Take a look at:

The bulb came from Jane McGary; perhaps she can tell us something about its
provenance.
