Dear Friends,
A while back I mentioned an odd Lycoris that is blooming now.
It appeared in a row of L. squamigera, but is obviously not that.

Jay Yourch was kind enough to put it on the wiki for me so
you take a look at :

The color is quite distinctive and carries well across the garden.

The three days of rain have brought our ten more stems on
this odd clump and I have counted over 30 flower stems emerging on L.
caldwellii (many more to come) and more on a variety of hybrids. I
think this is round three of the Lycoris season.
