If the forum is in English, then what is wrong with having the discussions here on this forum? We are after all a bulb forum, and therefore perfectly suited to what you are apparently wanting to discuss? Sorry to ask, but I am interested as to why you feel the need to set up an alternative forum and then advertise it here on this forum, which is for the same purpose? I find it somewhat confusing.
