 Hi Steve

Out of 5 seeds, planted in November, one germinated. It is still growing, with a single leaf (about 7 cm), and looks great so far.

Last year I sent seed of P. weberbaurii to several people.

Some of my seed, planted by me, sprouted and grew to about 10 cm before
going dormant for the summer. Despite having followed the growing
directions I found by Margot Williams in Plant Life (1983) pp115-116, I
have had zero plants re-emerge this season. The "parent" plant has
grown well, though no flowers this year, and is actually beginning to
enter dormancy. Have any of you who got seed from me had any success
with it?

Here in Delaware we have about 22-24" of snow with drifts up to 5' or so.
