Cynanchum laeve is a common plant here, too. I had never heard it called honey vine. Also common here is Vincetoxicum nigrum, sometimes called Cynanchum louiseae, black swallowwort. 

Justin, you wrote to me mentioning climbing milkweeds. I've been very busy and did not respond quickly, but Google both of these - one of these or a related plant is probably your climbing milkweed.
