In the cold frame, to my surprise, Polyxenia longituba is in flower, and has been flowering for several days. I started this species from PBS BX seed last winter. Also still flowering on the porch steps is Ipheion uniflorum, which keeps putting up 2-3 flowers at a time in the pot of around 15 bulbs. Leucojum roseum set seed, one tiny pod of 5-6 seeds, which I put back into its pot last week. Kathleen PNW coast, in a rare sunny spell, warm days, barely frosting at night.
