My last shipment from a recent BX came already opened. Someone carefully peeled back the flap, and took out the slip with Arnold Trachtenberg's mailing address, and the amount owned. He or she left the packets, however. I wonder what that person expected to find? Dell sent the amount I was billed, so I now need Arnold's mailing address. If Arnold would contact me directly with his address, I would appreciate it. Thanks, Kathleen
