Dear Jude and All, I do not send plant materials through the BX that I believe to be non-viable. If I am in doubt, I label them "FREE." Please remember,if you receive something that you believe is non-viable, you must let me know immediately, and I may be able to make an adjustment. Beyond that, guaranteeing the condition of the materials when you open your package would lead to our needing to charge just like commercial entities. We are in the business of sharing.
