A Tale of Two Hippys

I can't think of any other sort than indoor in the UK. I  shocked some gardening friends by having 1 in flower outside in May a couple of years ago. It had spent the winter frost free. These bulbs are almost exclusively autumn winter, maybe spring, flowers for me.
 
Incidentally I have yet to receive my original posting, just the 2 responses so far. I can see it in the archive. I wonder how many postings PBS does not send out. Is it just a random thing? Maybe I will see this one, maybe not.
