Jim, I was given some Crocosmia corms last year that were purchased in a local garden center. I don't have a clue as to the variety. Because I was running out of potted plant space in the greenhouse, I decided to put them in the ground here in the Chicago area (zone 5) and they are coming back. I don't know if that is the result of our mild winter or whether they would have made it anyway.
