Hi Nhu,
The plant that bloomed was pretty big tuber wise, it was in a pot until it got into the ground.  The one that overwintered made a failed flower spike in spring, but has otherwise grown well.  So there are three outside, and the tubers are probably a foot or so across if not more by now.
