I have found C. tolmiei, C. elegans, and C. coeruleus (I think) flowering in early-mid June at mid-high elevations in the siskiyous and high coast ranges. I’d recommend visiting Black Lassic Mtn and Friday Ridge around this time, there are nice populations of Erythronium, Allium, and Fritillaria in these areas as well and they can easily be accessed by good roads. C. elegans in particular also blooms around this time in the more inland northwest mountains (e.g. Oregon cascades).
