Brian, I'm sorry - I failed to mention that this edition of the journal will be published on the PBS website as soon as it is finished rather than waiting the year or so to publish it for the general public. The PBS Board has determined to make an exception for this issue only. Bear in mind that all paid members or members joining would have access to the current journals in any case. Those who participate in the PBS forum but are not paid members would normally only be able to access the journals for prior years, but because this is an issue touching so many people, it is being made available online as soon as possible. It has been a very difficult issue to pull together and I have just a few more bits of information I haven't received so it will be going out by the end of August, or at least that is my plan... You will see an announcement from Arnold Trachtenberg, Treasurer, or Nhu Nguyen, President, when this issue is ready.
